How do I use local resources such as notes in the Exam4 software?

Explanation:

Your school may configure exams to allow access to notes during an otherwise closed-mode exam.  

What files can I use and where should they be?

1. These notes will be in files resident on your LOCAL computer
2. They cannot be in cloud storage
3. Only files in PDF format may be used
4. Prepare your PDFs prior to the exam
5. The school will limit the number of files allowed 

How do I used these files in an exam?

1. On start-up Screen3 in the Exam4 software, you will select PDF file(s) present on your computer and add them to the exam.
2. The files will be accessed during an exam in an internal PDF viewer. 
3. Once the exam begins files may not be added, changed, or swapped.
